Signal Generator Calibration
We need to use a multimeter to calibrate the accuracy of the signals generated by the signal generator, while also familiarizing ourselves with the signal generator. This component will be frequently used to simulate analog signals produced by sensors in subsequent videos.
4-Channel Analog Quantity Acquisition
Supports the acquisition of sensors with voltage or current signals.
Operation Process:
-
Connect the sensor according to the wiring diagram;
-
On the settings page, select the sensor signal content, upper and lower limits of physical quantities, sensor name and unit values, which can be freely defined as needed.
(Note: Sensors 1 and 2 are defaulted to voltage signals, while sensors 3 and 4 are defaulted to current signal acquisition. If you want to modify the default (voltage/current) signal type, hardware switching must be performed synchronously; modifying only the signal type on the setting software page will be ineffective.)
-
Switch to the home page to view the final measured display values. The sensor has a flashing prompt function, which will take effect once the trigger value is configured.
2-Channel PT100/1000 Thermistor Acquisition
Supports temperature acquisition of 2-wire, 3-wire, and 4-wire thermistors (PT100 or PT1000).
Operation Process:
-
Connect the sensor according to the wiring diagram;
(Note: For 3-wire and 4-wire systems, connection must be made by dividing into 2 groups according to color, see the instruction materials for details.)
-
Select the sensor type on the settings page; 3. Switch to the home page to view the measured temperature value.
3-Channel Relay Switch Function
The working modes of the relay include: normal mode, Jog mode, cycle mode and linkage mode.
Curve Acquisition Function
Supports curve display of measured values from 4-channel sensors.
The minimum resolution is 100ms, and numerical changes with a response greater than 100ms can be viewed through the curve.
Operation Process:
- Connect the sensor to the data acquisition box and set the corresponding parameters to ensure the values are displayed normally on the home page;
- Switch to the curve page and click Start Acquisition;
- Supports simultaneous display of 4-channel analog values, distinguished by different colors;
- Acquisition can be stopped at any time. Adjust the Y-axis or X-axis coordinates to make the curve display more observable.
Pulse Signal or AB-Phase Encoder Angle Acquisition
Supports 2-channel pulse sensor value acquisition or 1 set of AB-phase encoder value acquisition.
Operation Process:
- Connect the sensor according to the wiring diagram;
- Switch to the pulse acquisition page, select and confirm the sensor type and status;
- Set the K coefficient, and select relative reset or absolute reset;
- View the pulse result values. If there is a deviation, adjust it by modifying the K coefficient.
